Tesla will continue to sell every car they can possibly manufacture for a long time to come.
Consumers are coming around to EVs in a big way right now and there is plenty of green space for EV manufacturers to grow into for the next 5+ years.
This is huge.
Farley continues to do the right things to pull Ford forward.
I wonder how soon before others make the switch? Reliability on CCS is so bad right now in the US, I certainly wouldn’t want my fortunes tied to the foibles of Electrify America.
I don’t know who is dumber. The guy who won’t get out of his car for 10 minutes to enjoy “the most beuatiful thing in his life”, or the idiot who parked his car in the middle of the road to enjoy it.
Total eclipse is insane. Very much worth going out of your way to see.
You talking about the Cybertruck which does not have a giant child killing hood?
You used all this horsepower and performance to justify the super dangerous hood design. The Cybertruck doesn’t make that safety compromise.
No, what I’m saying is vehicles should be built to be as safe as...
So they can pick up groceries at Costco.
This arms race is 99% bullshit. Exceedingly few trucks need this kind of capacity. They’ve overbuilt them to the point where they are dangerous and wasteful.
Here is a higher Q version.

I’ve been saying this for 2+ years now.
The $80k+ truck market Is under 50,000 a year. It’s a tiny market. The people willing to pay a big premium for electric have dried up. The curiosity factor is done and now people buying trucks are actual legit truck buyers who need to justify their purchase.
You’ve been able to buy Lightning’s from dealers without reservations for the last couple months. A dealer up in Portland has 2 in stock listed at MSRP. They aren’t even particularly hard to find.
I’m not sure I agree that they have a Tesla bias.
They loved their Rivian and raved about it. Even with the charging issues, they loved it. It was only after it bricked on them repeatedly that they soured on it.
I don’t watch a ton of YouTube on car reviews, including theirs so maybe I miss...
Here’s the thing, if they are just posting whatever the heck gets clicks on any given day, then they have no credibility. Maybe they realized posting hateful nonsense was bad for their channel so they shifted to posting more favorable stuff. In neither case is it sincere. I’d rather watch the...
Not sure why people keep broadcasting stuff from these guys.
I have a low tolerance for click hungry idiots who are willing to post nonsense just to gather clicks.
Landing won’t require near as much thrust as this, but it would definitely move a ***LOT*** of dust unless they send something in ahead to create a landing zone. They might find a rocky plateau?
As for fuel, they need to have some kind of fuel generation on planet otherwise I’m not sure this...
Mars is an entirely different problem space. Lower gravity and less atmosphere means they don’t need near as much thrust.
Also, I don’t think they will be lifting much weight from Mars at first, mostly just getting people and empty ships back to orbit where they would transfer to another ship...
