Elon Musk Financial Times Interview (Includes some Cybertruck content)

I do not predict Tesla will sit on its hands. This is my opinion. I am of the view that 250,000 CT's sold per year will make at least $20,000 profit each... 5 Billion profit per year. I wouldn't expect Tesla to be complacent on the matter. Not only does Tesla have a backlog, it will also...

Elon Musk Financial Times Interview (Includes some Cybertruck content)

I re-read… He has more than 3 years... but I think it wouldn't be hugely more than that. MUST WATCH Best In Tesla : Tesla’s SECRET weapon is DSM & 4D hexagon Cube’s !!! In a recent interview, Joe Justice mentioned the modular manufacturing capability of Austin . In this vid, Lars gets...

Ford to build 600k EV's/yr by end of next year and has 2nd EV truck in the works

Here goes nothing ... Ford doesn't have the battery density of the 4680's , specs will fall away dismally compared to the Cybertruck. A company like Ford whose signature item is the truck, having your pants pulled down is an end to your business.

U.S. to allow advanced headlights after Toyota petition

Maybe the headlights can be lowered to write on the road ahead of another driver who has just cut you off. You can write 'Pardon Me' or &^%&^$$#$ ^&% *&^&^^&*&&^

    F 150 lightning launch event 4-26

It will be interesting to watch their ramp with no margin on one end, and their slide with little margin on the other. At a time when parts income will start to weaken. I'd hate to be working there stressing out over things you can't control.

Delivery dates of CT and Cybertruck Van

I might have got this off Dave Lee...maybe not 'Elon said it usually takes 9-12 moths to reach 5000 per week. Could we extrapolate and conclude Cybertruck will reach 5000 by September 23 ?. We could even guesstimate a ramp rate from 1000 per week from Jan to 7000 per week by end of December...

Delivery dates of CT and Cybertruck Van

I can't imagine people liking to sit shoulder to shoulder 3 abreast in a modified Model Y serving as a Robotaxi. I know we have trains and buses, but let's envisage a car where mum and daughter sitting in a row, and some smelly thug sitting with them. What would be the solution ? Do women and...

Strong Non-Tesla EV presence at the 2022 New York International Auto Show

Centre of the wheel is 450, that's clever. And by my measuring.. its exactly that off the ground. BTW, Now we even have a bigger bed than I thought. I had guessed the highest point of the bed was 800... but if the tailgate is 680 mm, the back of the bed gotta be over a metre. Getting bigger...

Strong Non-Tesla EV presence at the 2022 New York International Auto Show

How high do you reckon it is.. Looks less that the tailgate height off the ground... now we need the tailgate dimensions lol and a Pixel Master.

Strong Non-Tesla EV presence at the 2022 New York International Auto Show

Yep Fancy having to roll out the ramp every time. I was thinking of just keeping a stool or something at the tailgate end. If there was a fold down step, it would be great. It can easily be incorporated, and now I can't see it not happening.
