OK, so based on the price research I've done it looks like the Nobe 100 GT will be $25k and possibly the Nobe 100 GT Signature series will be about $40k.
So what do we get for that extra $15k? Well first of all, probably nothing because there is a limit of 100 to the signature series. So it's...

From what I’ve seen, your opinion here is pretty much right on target. I’m not convinced that ALL of VW is on the same page, but generally yes, I agree.
The thing about unprotected memory is that even though the problem people experienced was unintended acceleration, the same issue could end up overwriting so many other things. The acceleration issue was really serious and clearly observed by customers. But that's not the only serious side...
One thing I’m concerned about with Toyota is actually their software. Back when Toyotas were having the uncontrolled acceleration issues, it took a very long time plus the work of external specialist engineers to find various software issues that needed to be fixed. That experience did not...
I really like that various industries are getting electrified. This seems to be a good replacement for ICE tractors at airports. I wish the article gave actual details rather than just saying the numbers match the ICE tractor. But I had to laugh at this:
Wait... So you mean they did all that...

Another problem I see is the chart comparing CAPEX. Sure, if you take all the CAPEX of all the competitor companies and add it together it is much greater than the CAPEX of Tesla.
But Tesla is being very smart, strategic, and efficient with its CAPEX. The total CAPEX of the other manufacturers...
That is a big flaw yes. Agreed. I'm thinking the bigger flaw though is that the analysis is seeing Tesla as an auto manufacturer. Seems like most of wallstreet is seeing Tesla that way.
I kinda like this analysis but I do find it a bit flawed. Basically, they are comparing Tesla to the other automakers with the analogy of Apple to other phone makers.
While I do think that there is a bit of a case for that, I don't really see Tesla as an automobile manufacturer. Sure, they...

Curious that these bollards are being used to restrict large vehicles from going down this street. But the width is 7 feet. Cybertruck is 6'8" so it should fit (tightly) through here.
I also notice that there is a center lane that has no such restriction for busses to go through. Not sure why...
